You can supply the core components. If you have already specified or purchased the PLC, RTU, data logger, drives or field instruments, we build the panel around them: enclosure, power supply, terminals, protection, wiring, labeling and functional testing. Complete wired panels start from one unit and run 35 to 40 days; empty enclosures have a five-unit minimum and run 15 to 20 days.

Why buyers ask

Integrators and machine builders often arrive with the control platform already decided. It may be a standard the end user insists on, a platform your service team is trained on, or stock you already hold. In those cases changing the platform is not an option, and the question is not what we sell. It is whether we will work inside your bill of materials.

What we need from you

Send the component list with the exact part numbers, plus any mounting, wiring or clearance requirements the manufacturer specifies. If the parts are already with you, tell us when they will reach us. If you are still specifying, we can confirm enclosure, power and protection sizing around the parts you have chosen.

What we do with them

We check incoming parts against your list, note any transit damage before assembly, and mount and wire them to the drawings. Supplied items stay identifiable in the documentation so your records and ours match at handover.

Where the boundary sits

The supply split is written into the quotation: what you supply, what we supply, and what our build covers. Anything that affects the warranty position of a supplied part is stated before the order, not after.

Documentation and testing

FAT records and photographs, and an as-built wiring diagram, can be provided with the panel. Tell us in the RFQ if your procurement process requires them, so they are prepared during the build rather than after dispatch.

Standards

Requirements differ by destination market, so tell us where the panel is going and we will confirm the standard we build to. Ingress protection is a tested rating, for example IP65 to IEC 60529, not a certificate.
