Control Panel Build Service | Build to Your BOM | UniRegal

Foshan control panel build service: you supply the core devices, we supply enclosure, PSU, terminals and protection, then assemble, wire, label and FAT test.

Control Panel Build Service - Build to Your BOM

We are a Foshan-based control panel supplier and sourcing partner. You send the BOM and the drawings; we supply the enclosure, power supply, terminals, protection and accessories, then lay out, assemble, wire, label and functionally test the panel before it ships. If you supply the core devices yourself, we build the panel around your parts.
This is a build service, not a system integration contract. System design, PLC/SCADA programming and site installation stay with you or your integrator - we deliver a wired, labelled and tested panel that is ready for them.

Two ways to run a build

Model A - You supply the core devices

You keep control of brand, model and firmware for the sensors, PLC, RTU or data logger. We supply everything around them: enclosure, DIN rail and duct, power supply, terminals, fuses and breakers, relays, surge protection, labels, glands and accessories. We confirm footprint, power budget and interface limits against your model list before any enclosure is cut or drilled.

Model B - We source the full bill of materials

Send the signal list and the required interfaces and we quote the complete panel, including the core control devices. You get one scope, one quotation and one shipment instead of coordinating several suppliers.

Panel assembly against an approved drawing, in the workshops we work with in Foshan.

What is included in a panel build

  • Enclosure sourcing to your material, IP rating and mounting requirement
  • Enclosure preparation: cut-outs, gland plates, mounting plates, door hardware, gaskets, breathers and drains where needed
  • Panel layout and internal component mounting to the approved drawing
  • DIN rail, wiring duct, earth bar and internal cable management
  • Power distribution: supply protection, 24 VDC power supply, fusing, breakers, surge protection
  • Field wiring, internal wiring and termination to the terminal schedule
  • Wire and core labelling to the drawing (IEC-style ferrule numbering, or your own scheme)
  • Loop wiring for analogue inputs such as 4-20 mA, plus digital inputs and relay outputs
  • Functional test and factory acceptance test (FAT) before shipment
  • As-built documentation package and packing

What is not included

To keep the scope clear, these are handled by you or your system integrator:
  • System design and control philosophy
  • PLC, RTU or SCADA programming and configuration
  • Cloud platform, protocol setup and SIM/data arrangements
  • Site installation, commissioning and on-site testing
If you need the panel wired to a specific drawing set or programmed, we will say so clearly in the quotation, and we can quote wiring support separately where it is possible.

Enclosure and materials

Item
Available
Material
Carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, galvanised
Protection
IP65, NEMA 4X (IP66 available on request)
Mounting
Wall mount, floor standing, free standing, pole mount brackets
Finish
Powder coated to your RAL reference
Quantity
One pilot unit is possible. Volume enclosure runs have a minimum order quantity - we confirm it in the quotation for your size
Please note we do not supply aluminium enclosures.

Factory acceptance test (FAT)

Every panel is functionally tested before it leaves. The FAT record is signed point by point and shipped with the panel.
  • Visual inspection and mechanical check: enclosure, mounting, wiring routing, labelling legibility
  • Power-up and supply verification, including the 24 VDC rail and its tolerance under load
  • Polarity, continuity and earth bonding checks
  • Analogue loop check on each 4-20 mA channel using simulated signals (for example level and flow)
  • Digital input and relay output check against the signal list
  • Alarm, fault and interlock contact verification
  • Communication check where fitted: 4G link, RS485/Modbus, data logging and data push
  • Documentation review against the as-built drawing and terminal schedule

Documentation delivered with every build

  • As-built wiring diagram
  • Terminal schedule
  • Wire and core label list
  • Component list as built, with the components you supplied shown separately
  • Signed FAT checklist and functional test report
  • Photo record and a short video of the test run
  • Packing list and, where required, export documentation

Where this fits

This build service is used for:
  • Remote monitoring and telemetry panels, including bore water, well site, pump station and tank level applications
  • 4-20 mA and digital I/O measurement and logging panels
  • Pilot and prototype panels before a production run
  • Panel retrofit and rebuild, where existing equipment is re-mounted into a new enclosure

How the process runs

  1. You send the BOM, signal list, drawing or site constraints, quantity and destination.
  1. We return a written scope and quotation, with enclosure, PSU, terminals, protection and accessories itemised, so you can see exactly where our part starts and yours ends.
  1. You approve the panel drawing and layout.
  1. We build. If you are supplying components, we confirm receipt and inspection before assembly.
  1. FAT with the signed checklist, photo and video record.
  1. Packing and shipment, with the as-built documentation package.

Where we build, and why we are there

Uni Regal is based in Foshan and we are on site. That is how we control quality and lead time on every build — we work inside the workshops of our sourcing network, checking work in progress against your approved drawing rather than waiting for a finished panel to arrive.
You send the BOM and the drawings. Our network supplies the enclosure, power supply, terminals, protection and accessories; the panel is laid out, assembled, wired, labelled and functionally tested before it ships. If you supply the core devices yourself, we build the panel around your parts.

From the workshops in our Foshan sourcing network

Packed and ready for shipment — edge protection, film wrap and palletised.

Finished panel — wired, labelled and functionally tested before it leaves.

Enclosure structure before component mounting.

Internal wiring and termination to the terminal schedule.

Pre-shipment packing — panels leave with edge protection and a packing list.

Frequently asked questions

Can you build a panel using components we supply?

Yes. You keep control of the core devices - sensors, PLC, RTU or data logger - and we supply the enclosure, PSU, terminals, protection and accessories and complete the assembly. Send the model list and we confirm footprint, power budget and interface limits before cutting anything.

Can you build just one unit?

Yes. A single pilot or prototype panel is possible before a production run. Enclosure volume runs have a minimum order quantity, which we confirm for your size, but a one-off pilot build is standard practice for us.

Can you recommend or source a data logger or 4G RTU?

Yes, if you want us to. We can shortlist options that fit your signal list and communication requirement - for example 4G LTE RTU with RS485/Modbus, multiple 4-20 mA inputs and local data logging - and you make the final call. If you have a preferred brand, we build to that instead.

Do you provide FAT records, photos and an as-built drawing?

Yes. Every build ships with an as-built wiring diagram, terminal schedule, wire label list, signed FAT checklist, functional test report, and a photo and video record of the test run.

Can you label wires to our own numbering scheme?

Yes. Send your drawing or numbering convention and we will label to it. If you do not have one, we use IEC-style ferrule numbering and list every core in the wire label schedule.

Do you write the PLC or RTU program?

No. Programming, system design and site commissioning stay with you or your integrator. We deliver a wired, labelled and tested panel so your engineer can load the program and commission it on site.

What information do you need for an initial quotation?

Enclosure material, IP rating, mounting and approximate size; site supply voltage and power budget; the list of components you will supply and the ones you want us to source; the full signal list including analogue channels, digital inputs and outputs; the communication method and protocol; your terminal and labelling standard; quantity; destination and Incoterm; and your target delivery date.

What about export and documentation?

We handle export packing and the documentation required for the destination, and the quotation states the Incoterm, payment terms and warranty. The as-built documentation package travels with the panel.

Send your BOM

Send your component list, signal list, quantity and destination port, and we will return a written scope and quotation. If you are still at the specification stage, send the signal list and the environmental conditions and we will tell you which enclosure and protection options fit.
