Beyond our standard cabinet lines, we manufacture custom sheet-metal enclosures to customer drawings - from single prototypes to production runs. Laser cutting, precision bending, and controlled finishing mean edges are folded and deburred, holes are positioned to drawing class, and coating is even for long service life.

What we build: communication racks and cabinets, power and battery cabinets, control consoles, 1U/2U chassis, LED and server enclosures, aluminum-profile enclosures, router and controller housings.

Typical specs: cold-rolled steel, electrolytic plate, or aluminum profile; thickness 0.5-2.0 mm per drawing; door diagonal tolerance within 3 mm per meter; epoxy powder coat, galvanized, or stainless finish; GB/T 1804 general tolerances.
